Our first "Alumni of the Week" honour goes to Corey Wood of the University of Arkansas-Monticello Weevils. Corey led his team to a 3-1 start to the season by hitting .463 (6-13) in the opening week, including three triples, a double, and two RBI. He also walked four times and struck out twice. Corey, a junior at Monticello, played in the Prospects Academy in 2010-2011.
